I really like most of this Combat PVP build, along with the glyphs recommended, but I see just a few needed adjustments to the tree so I'm here to leave off a few tips... 1: When you're in a 1vs1 situation, Improved Gouge is a must have for the following reasons. Believe it or not, after exactly 5.0 seconds of not dealing or receiving any damage, combat breaks. So after you cast Gouge and the 5 seconds are up, you'll have exactly 0.5 seconds to re-stealth and sap your opponent... 2: Deflection and Riposte are only useful in PVP when fighting other MDPSs, which, let's be honest, isn't very often(Most people prefer using RDPSs for PVP) so it's probably better to use those talents in PVE situations and spend the 4 points elsewhere... 3: Blade Twisting is very unreliable in my opinion. It has a low 20% chance of slowing your enemy. I much more prefer having Crippling Poison in my main hand and put those 2 talent points in a better place, such as Throwing Specialization... and finally, 4: Combat Potency is a must have no matter what situation you find yourself in, be it PVP or PVE. This may be hard to believe, but the +15 energy regen will even proc while using Killing Spree. Since Killing Spree makes 5 attacks in total, and Combat Potency has a 1 in 5 chance of regenerating energy, you're almost guaranteed to proc +15 energy at least once... Hope these tips have helped those who have viewed this good build as well as the person who post it

eh... I know my own ways. 9 years of being rogue tend to teach you more than a few things.. but thank you, I'm happy to pass on the whatever knowledge I have of the class onto those wishing to learn it. I've one last tip/opinion regarding this build... The glyphs combine very well with the talents posted here, I can't think of any other better glyphs to go with the tree... except for Glyph of Cloak of Shadows... Any rogue worth the blood on his blade would know that this glyph is complete garbage. I will agree that it will save you a good chunk of health, because 40% is a lot of physical damage reduction, but it would only last a petty 5 seconds... the only ways I would find this glyph to be useful is in 1 of 2 situations... 1: You're going up against a Warrior and he starts up Bladestorm... and 2: You're fighting another rogue that uses Killing Spree... but even then, you can just Dismantle the Bladestorm, cancelling the effect of the Warrior, OR you can use Feint. Bladestorm is considered an AOE attack, and therefore makes it impossible for you to Dodge this particular ability, so Feint would reduce the damage you take from it by 50%... and in the situation with the Killing Spree rogue, you can just Vanish and he wont be able to attack you any longer since Killing Spree cannot hit invisible or stealthed targets... in the end, I just believe that glyph is not even worth a dime a dozen in the AH, and even worth less having it activated on your char. Hope this helped as well
