This is a good baseline, but completely incorrect for Death Knight PvP builds. You will NOT be spamming Icy Touch, so there's no point in buffing it. Since you will NOT be spamming Icy Touch all day, nor will you be outside of Unholy Presence, especially picking up Improved Unholy Presence, the melee haste makes me curious what you're trying to build. The Unholy DK isn't an auto-attack class by any means, and relies upon the most GCDs that could possibly get off.

Drop ALL of the left side of the frost tree, Pick up 5/5 Toughness, 2/2 Icy Reach, and 5/5 Black Ice. Corpse explosion is useless, get rid of it. Use that extra point to max out Epidemic. On a Pale Horse is a must-have for CC, get rid of Dirge (it's not nearly as useful considering you should be nearing mid/full RP the entire time aside from dumping).

Skill rotation (from mounted): Jump + Chains of Ice to close the gap, Plague Strike, Pestilence (if you missed due to your Hit/Expertise and need to get your buffs back to their highest duration for swap potential or burning or there are nearby enemies), Blood Strike (or another Pestilence if you're up against something with a high dodge chance), Scourge Strike. During this time, you should have quite a bit of Arcane Power built up, I would suggest popping your Gargoyle at this time if you're bursting, or if it's going to be a long-term battle and they have a disease dispeller you're going to want to spam Death Coil until it does damage (Unholy Blight does NOT proc from Absorbs) to prevent any dispels. Use Pestilence as necessary to refresh buffs (unless you can't maintain Unholy Blight, in which case you would swap to using Blood Strike if you're getting frequently dispelled before you can put it up).

Thats not right at all you mean start the fight 1 spell and use pesticile when all pesticile does is takes the diseases to full timing so the more diseases you have aplied to the enemy and when they are neary done use pesticile to keep the doots up

That's exactly what I said...? I'm rather confused trying to decipher what you're trying to say here. Chains of Ice + Plague Strike would apply both the diseases, thus leaving Pestilence to apply diseases to the other nearby players. You're more than welcome to use Blood Strike if you're hardcore focused on bursting that one target, but the damage boost that Pestilence will provide by spreading your Diseases to another player(s) is far greater than even the highest of Blood Strike critical strikes. It always depends on the situation, though - if you're running with a Mage that isn't using Glyph of Polymorph, a Hunter, or something of the like that cannot remove debuffs and whose CC breaks immediately upon damage, then a Blood Strike would make much more sense obviously. However with most of the DK comps that I've ran, I seldom run into this problem. The more damage you deal the more healing/defensive play you're forcing from the enemy team, regardless of where it comes from.
