It's a good build, but what I would do is take out the 2 talent points on Waylay and put them into Initiative, as it is important to have. Also, I would say to replace Glyph of Hemorrhage with Glyph of Crippling Poison, given that you always have that poison applied to your main hand. To me, it's more reliable than Waylay

No Crippling Poison, pls... Btw there are much better specs for sub

Srsly? Expertise? As rogue you hit from behind anyway! And AP? You get boost to AP from talents and that's enough, more important is AGI which gives you AP, CRIT, and dodge. Haste should be eliminated and RES must be around 1000.

Glyphs are wrong - Dance and Preparation are MUST BE. Options are: sprint, gouge and vigor. Hemorrhage is just pathetic.

Haste valued higher than resi is plain wrong. Get your desired resilience, arp in pve offparts and as much ap as you can get.

Gems are hilarious, especially blue ones. Expertise and stamina, what?
Meta is this one or 42ap/10% stun reduction. For first one you'll need only one +10 all stats to activate it, the other one needs +10all stats and one yellow gem (hit, resil, ap/hit, ap/resil). Gem 40ap all the way. Ap is better because 20 agility gives 20ap, some crit (enough from gear crit rating and agi anyway) and crap armor/dodge. So 40ap>20ap, right?

Enchants... Head, shoulders and chest with resilience, cloak with shadow armor, feet with tuskarr's vitality. Both weapons with berserking? Nice one. Do you know full disarm is most likely equal to death? Especially versus other rogues. So berserking on MH and titanium weapon chain in OH.

Professions are okay, not so important anyway.

Please do not do rotations in PvP. Are you serious?

Talents. Assassination tree is wrong - 3points for 3% crit and 2 points for backstab increase? Bad. T1 Eviscerate 3/3, malice 2/5
Ruthlessness 3/3, wounds 3/3. Vigor 1/1.

Get improved gouge in combat tree, 3/3.

Subtlety: Cheat death is must have, like one of the best skills, life-saver literally. 0/2 filthy tricks - enjoy longer cd of your preparation, tots and shadowstep. Also bigger energy cost on two last. Initiative 3/3 please.
Get your points from heightened senses, master of subtlety, one from camouflage and assassination tree. Master of subtlety is debatable but you'll have to sacrifice something.

Clearly author of that guide has no idea about rogue subtlety in 3.3.5 Wotlk.
